Foiled Nachos

makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Spray a large piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray
  2. Spread chips on half of the foil piece, overlapping but about one layer deep
  3. Mix beans, chilies, and 2 teaspoons of the taco seasoning mix and spoon over chips
  4. Top with tomatoes, green onions, and cheese
  5. Wrap foil around nachos, sealing tightly
  6. Heat on a medium-hot grill, about 4 inches from the coals, for 6 to 8 minutes
