Grilled Rosemary Trout

makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat coals to medium, and spray grill basket with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Mix salt, pepper, and rosemary, and sprinkle evenly in the fish cavities
  3. Place 2 lemon slices in each fish
  4. Brush olive oil over both sides of fish
  5. Close grill basket and grill 4 - 6 inches from medium coals for about 20 minutes, brushing with oil and turning frequently
  6. Fish is done when it flakes easily
