S’Mores

makes 1 dessert sandwich

Note: Betcha can’t eat just one!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Unwrap the chocolate and place on one graham cracker
  2. In a campfire or over hot coals, toast the marshmallow until done to your satisfaction
    Some prefer the marshmallow so lightly toasted that it's barely tan and still quite chewy; other prefer it golden brown and very melty; others say it's not done until it has been charred black and is almost falling off the stick or skewer. These preferences can result in mild disagreements or serious family fights.
  3. Quickly place the toasted marshmallow onto the chocolate-topped graham cracker
  4. Place the other graham cracker on top of the marshmallow and press lightly so it sticks
