Lamb in Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for lamb and cilantro; mix well
  2. Cut lamb into bite-sized pieces and coat well with yogurt and spices mixture
  3. Cook in slow cooker, covered, for 8 hours on LOW
  4. Garnish with cilantro, if desired
  5. Serve with hot cooked basmati rice
