Overnight Breakfast Hotdish

makes 8 (1 cup) servings

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. In the slow cooker, layer 1/3 potatoes, bacon, onion, bell pepper, and cheese; repeat twice
  3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and oregano; mix well
  4. Pour egg mixture over layers in slow cooker
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 - 12 hours.
