Overnight Breakfast Hotdish
makes 8 (1 cup) servings
Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray

1 (32 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes

1 pound bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled

1 small onion, peeled and finely diced

1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely diced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
12 large eggs
-
1 cup cream
-
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
-
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
- Prepare slow cooker with
nonstick cooking spray
- In the slow cooker, layer 1/3
potatoes, bacon, onion, bell pepper, and cheese; repeat twice
- In a medium bowl, combine
eggs, cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and oregano; mix well
- Pour egg mixture over layers
in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on LOW for 10
- 12 hours.
