Turkey Wild Rice Hotdish
makes 8 (1 1/2 cup) servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed, cooked turkey
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain
white rice
- 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of
chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
niblets, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black
pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 cup cashews
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a
slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 -
10 hours.
