This class focuses on the basics for making wonderful muffins. Recipes include:

Candy for yourself, your family, or for gifts; we’ll make different types of fudge and learn to make chocolate covered cherries. Recipes include:

• Grand Marnier Chocolate Covered Cherries

Easy Casseroles for Family Dinners or Potlucks

We’ll make some very easy and delicious casseroles that are suitable for either family dinners or to take to potluck parties. Recipes include:

Cooking Classes
All classes are taught in a home kitchen, using home appliances and equipment to ensure that you can successfully use what you learn in your own home kitchen. Class sizes are limited to ensure hands-on learning and personal attention.

Learning Environment
Food, kitchen, and fire safety are critical elements in learning to cook well and enjoy cooking. Humor is also essential; cooking disasters are cheerfully discussed!

How to Register
Complete the registration form and mail to CB Cooks OR send an email with your registration information OR telephone Cindy.

Waiting Lists
If a class fills up, you’ll be placed on a waiting list. You’ll be notified 48 hours prior to the class if space permits you to join us.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the class. This gives those on the waiting list a chance to make arrangements to attend.

Payment Payment for each class may be mailed along with your registration form (please – check or money order only; do not send cash through the mail) OR you may pay by check, money order, or cash at the beginning of the class. Sorry, we do not accept credit or debit cards.
